Every send you've ever logged lives in a searchable, filterable diary: flash, onsight, redpoint, or attempt, all timestamped and attached to the exact route. Every session in a SendRepeat training plan comes with a built-in exercise library, rep-and-rest timers, and smart grouping that clusters similar movements into readable blocks. Browse coach-designed periodized programs — base volume, max strength, power endurance, projecting — or build your own from scratch in the plan builder. If you're working with a coach, they can push plans directly to your schedule, replacing the WhatsApp voice note.

Your profile is the foundation every other feature builds on. Log your height, weight, and ape index once — grade recommendations, training load calculations, and hangboard protocols are then calibrated to your body, not a generic average. Set your current grades per discipline, link to your coach (they'll see your live data the moment you connect), and authenticate securely via Auth0. Your account is fully portable: delete it any time and take your full data export with you.
