Every session in a SendRepeat training plan comes with a built-in exercise library, rep-and-rest timers, and smart grouping that clusters similar movements into readable blocks. Browse coach-designed periodized programs — base volume, max strength, power endurance, projecting — or build your own from scratch in the plan builder. If you're working with a coach, they can push plans directly to your schedule, replacing the WhatsApp voice note.

Set your current grades per discipline, link to your coach (they'll see your live data the moment you connect), and authenticate securely via Auth0. Your account is fully portable: delete it any time and take your full data export with you.
